noooo! michelle phan just did a tutorial on nana, now more people are gonna get the vivienne westwood ring =( i liked the ring before i knew it was featured in the anime, and then after i knew, i started to like it less...but now with the tutorial, i might be inclined to wear it even lesser(? thats prally gramatically wrong) just to be a nonconformist. i can't wear it on my middle finger anymore cuz of that show -_- damn you viral/mass media -_-
in other news, theyre making a remake of the crow? blasphemy! why mess with something already so good? i cant imagine its gonna be a revamping like batman begins or anything; just people looking to make money. let brandon lee rest in peace with his final work! -__-
i found these at ck dept. store. they are the clsoest i could find of the agent provocateur cendrilion brief. i still like the agent provacateur ones a lot better, but the difference is that one costs $140 and the other cost $2. sooooo yeah....
i ring i just made out of super sculpey. i also made part of another ring as an experiment before i bought some precious metal clay, cuz that wouldve been a waste of money if i screwed up then. but yeah, happy that this one turned out well.
update: so what i thought was a failure didnt turn out half bad, not sure whether i'd actually wear it, but its definitely interesting. I call it a win! ^_____^ i got inspiration from the vivienne westwood ring (on my thumb). since I think more people will be wearing that ring now, i wanted to be more original so i made the ring on my ring finger out of sculpey closeup of ring & another ring i had made earlier. its a little lopsided, but what can you do? it bends perfectly
ive realized none of my good/expensive jewelry is stuff i actually bought myself. most of my stuff come as gifts. the stuff i buy for my self cost $0.99-$20, not sure what that says about me.
i watched "just friends?" and it is the cutest movie! i heart cute gay boys, and the love scene wasnt bad/awkward either. my fav. part was where S(dunno how to spell his name) was sleeping over at Minsoo's house and they were face masking together, and when minsoo's mom makes a comment S crosses his arms over his chest, very subtle but still cute. the musical numbers are a little weird, but it makes the movie more light hearted. i almost didn't watch the very end part after the credits. ^________^ on another note i really like S's trench jacket, his jacket has nice shoulder details...
right now im obsessed with the song "awkward kisser" by telekinesis which was the song in the trailer for "just friends"
actually on the topic of korean stuff, when i was in beijing someone started talking to me in korean. i mean come on! im in BEIJING!! -___- i kinda wanna get like genetically tested or something. i dunno, i dont really have $200-300 to spend on that right now tho.
i dunno if its a bad influence, but i find whenever i go to singapore i become more materialistic and superficial. not that its necessarily a bad thing, but just weird.

bought some brown leather lace up booties in china for $350rmb so that comes to $52, pretty cheap considering its not fake pu leather. guess im not a huge supporter of peta, lol. always rather have the real thing than the cheap imitation the boots with buckles trend hasnt made it over there yet, much to my dismay =(
lost my glasses at the airport, so need to get new ones at some point -_-
my ridiculous tan from new york is finally starting to fade, just looked strange when its mostly on my arms and shoulders cuz thats where i was burnt, so yey for uniformity!
finally starting to feel better after days of feeling shitty and not wanting to get out of bed. so time for some fall cleaning.
discovers precious metal clay, so definitely will be experimenting with that soon, just need to buy some and a butane burner. if i can get that to work right, ill probably be able to make anything out of the james avery catalog.
in a few days i will be on a 19 hr flight to moscow. goodbye america for now. goodbye primer grey. i will be back tho i promise, and then new chapter of my life in nyc. ill probably post up my travels here as well. houston > moscow > singapore > beijing > shanghai > singapore > moscow > houston these days i swear i make a better looking boy than a girl. maybe its just watching videos of girls that have gotten plastic surgery and like korean/japanese boy bands and such, but im like "hm im not that feminine at all compared to them"...really! i'd make one hot guy...anyways...tangent...
I guess from this blog you can see i photoshop quite a bit, but actually i generally don't photoshop myself. i feel like if i do, im almost lying to myself. at most i coloradjust, delete a few blemishes and add eyeliner/blush. i generally like how i look, and i dont feel the need to mask it to fool myself...
i only change a few things that come and go (like zits @_@, and eyeliner/mascara/blush) no need for mass faux plastic surgery...
i feel that photos of myself when im fairly young are like documentation, and when i get old and wrinkly i can see what i really used to look like and not a photoshop rendition.
Though, I don't have to remember my occasional acne, right? LOL
this is what i look like, not taken by me nor any trickery, just plain au-naturale...good skin day ^_^
